Notice to CARAC members,

In the context of the COVID-19 pandemic, Transport Canada Civil Aviation (TCCA) is conducting a broad industry survey with the objectives to:

1. Apply a forward-looking lens to the resumption of activities as industry recovers from the global pandemic;
2. Increase awareness on anticipated challenges and conditions in which various components of the aviation system will return to normal operations;
3. Gain better insight from ongoing risk management activities so as to enhance the Regulator’s approach and policy response as the pandemic evolves.
