NOTICE OF 45th ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
The Annual General Meeting of the Northern Air Transport Association will be held at Chateau Nova Hotel, Yellowknife, Northwest Territories on May 10th & 11th, 2022, for the purpose of:
a) Receiving the Financial Statements for the year ending December 31, 2021, and the Auditor’s Report thereon, and the Report of the Board of Directors;
b) Electing Directors; Any person interested in a board position should contact a member of the nominating committee. c) Voting on the proposed amendments to the by-laws of the Association;
d) Appointing Auditor and authorizing the Directors to fix their remuneration; and
e) Transacting such other business as may properly be brought before the meeting.
